In the process of performing a required project, we always get an industry-specific professional translator to assure a best quality. Each client project must usually get through a Three-Stage Quality Control Process: Translation, Editing and Proofreading. In other words, each translation is carefully edited and proofread by one or two independent and experienced translator(s) before delivery to a client. As a result, its small errors are hardly omitted or our translations do not need any further editing and/or proofreading from clients.
Moreover, to ensure that any specialized or technical word or phrase needs translated properly, we routinely build and update our terminologies/glossaries for our SDL TRADOS MultiTerm and other Database through specific translated projects, domestic and overseas specialized magazines and bilingual publications of formerly and recently well-known translators in addition to a variety of our other desktop and electronic specialized dictionaries.
We all hold Master's and Bachelor's degrees in English with a good knowledge of its linguistics and cultural nuances, in addition to other specialized degrees in IT, legal, medical and technical areas, from universities nationwide, and have the experience working as the regular translators, editors and proofreaders for home and overseas businesses and organizations, especially Ho Chi Minh City-based Publishers and electronic English Newspapers.
Nevertheless, we incessantly learn more from well-known predecessors by thoroughly studying their versions or translated documents to futher improve our present knowledge of the industry in order to meet all the needs of our increasing turnaround and quality-minded clients.
As the FULLTIME AND INHOUSE TRANSLATORS (you do not have to contact a third party), we are available EVERYDAY to give a timely feedback to all requests from you, including the tightest ones on weekends or holidays with our best commitment of quality, turnaround time, professionalism and document confidentiality above all. HOWEVER, WE STILL CHARGE OUR CLIENTS A 40 - 50 PER CENT LOWER RATE THAN OTHER TRANSLATION AGENCIES HERE IN VIETNAM.
